  • Username (<\/b>*<\/span><\/b>) – <\/b>Enter the User Name you are going to add. It should be a unique name and it won’t accept the duplicate value<\/span><\/li>
  • First name (<\/b>*<\/span><\/b>) – <\/b>Enter the First Name of User<\/span><\/li>
  • Last Name (<\/b>*<\/span><\/b>) – <\/b>Enter the Last Name of User<\/span><\/li>
  • Email (<\/b>*<\/span><\/b>) – <\/b>Enter the Email of the User<\/span>. It should be a unique email id and it won’t accept the duplicate value<\/span><\/li>
  • Auto generate Password –<\/b> If you check this box,\u00a0 the system will send an auto-generated password to the above given Email. If you uncheck the box it will allow you to provide the password manually.<\/span><\/li>
  • Password (<\/b>*<\/span><\/b>) – <\/b>Enter the password for this user. It should contain Alpha Numeric values.<\/span><\/li>
  • Repeat Password (<\/b>*<\/span><\/b>) – <\/b>Re-Enter the same password to confirm<\/span><\/li>
  • Override password expiry policy? – <\/b>By default the system will ask the user to reset the password once the specified days are over (You can specify the days in <\/span>Admin <\/span><\/b>->><\/b> System <\/span><\/b>->><\/b> Global Configurations <\/span><\/b>->><\/b> force-password-reset-days<\/span><\/b>). But If this checkbox is selected, the password for this particular user will never expire.<\/span><\/li>
  • Office (<\/b>*<\/span><\/b>) – <\/b>Select the office name from the drop-down to map the user<\/span><\/li>
  • Staff (<\/b>*<\/span><\/b>) – <\/b>Select the staff name from the drop-down to map for the particular user<\/span><\/li>
  • Available Roles – <\/b>Select the roles from the drop-down menu which you want to assign to this user<\/span><\/li>
  • Selected Roles – <\/b>Choose the roles from the list and click on<\/span> >> <\/b>to select the roles<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
