In the template, you can see 4 different sheets. In the <\/span>Users Sheet,<\/b> you need to update the User details you want to Import. In the <\/span>Staff Sheet<\/b>, the system will show the selected Staff detail and Staff ID associated with the selected office. In the <\/span>Offices sheet<\/b>, the system displays the selected Office name and Office ID.   • Office Name(<\/b>*<\/span><\/b>) –\u00a0 <\/b>Choose the office name from the drop-down in which you want to add the user details<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
    • Staff Name –\u00a0 <\/b>It will automatically show the Staff Name associated with the Office Name. You can select the Staff Name to which you want to tag the user<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
      • User Name(<\/b>*<\/span><\/b>) –<\/b>Specify the User Name, that will be the same as the login name.<\/li><\/ul>
        • First Name(<\/b>*<\/span><\/b>) – <\/b>Specify the First Name of the user<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
          • Last Name(<\/b>*<\/span><\/b>) – <\/b>Specify the Last Name of the user<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
            • Email(<\/b>*<\/span><\/b>) – <\/b>Specify the Email Id of the User. It should be a unique value, the system will not accept the same email for 2 different users\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
              • Auto generate password(<\/b>*<\/span><\/b>) – <\/b>Select the value from the drop-down, True denotes the password will be generated automatically and sent to the corresponding user’s email address. False denotes the system will ask you to enter your password.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
                • Password(<\/b>*<\/span><\/b>) – <\/b>Specify the Password and it should be the combination of alphabets, special characters, and numbers<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
                  • Repeat Password(<\/b>*<\/span><\/b>) – <\/b>Reenter the same password to confirm<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
                    • Override password expiry policy(<\/b>*<\/span><\/b>) – <\/b>You can choose either<\/span> True or False, True <\/b>denotes the password for this particular user will never expire. <\/span>False <\/b>denotes the system will ask the user to reset the password once the specified days are over (You can specify the days in <\/span>Admin <\/span><\/b>->> <\/b>System <\/span><\/b>->> <\/b>Global Configurations <\/span><\/b>->> <\/b>force-password-reset-days<\/span><\/b>).<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
                      • \u00a0<\/span>Role Name(<\/b>*<\/span><\/b>) <\/b>(Enter in consecutive cells horizontally) – <\/b>Specify the Roles of the user in consecutive cells horizontally.
