It aims to create an independent environment for them to identify their ability, creativity, and passion towards every industry sector. And, the financial industry is not behind too. 
When talking about the FinTech industry, we can notice and appreciate many women influencers affecting this sector. Women are making their mark known in finance, and they seem to break a barrier to create recognition for themselves. 
Here, we identified a list of some influential women in the fintech lending industry in India celebrating International Women’s Day.

She is considered one of the pioneers in the fintech industry. She earned her MBA in Finance from London Business School and was also involved in an MBA exchange program at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Her passion for finance has led her to work with Deloitte Consulting, Bank of America, Merrill Lynch and Wonga.com. Currently, along with being the Co-Founder, she is also the CFO & COO of ZestMoney, taking care of the finance and operations of her company.

 

Sucharita Mukherjee

The Co-Founder and CEO of Kaleidofin Private Limited, a fintech firm that works for providing underbanked customers with complete financial solutions to meet their life goals. Her leadership qualities speak volumes at being the Young Global Leader in World Economic Forum. She has also been the Director, Founder and CEO of IFMR Capital (Dvara Holdings) and IFMR Holdings. She worked as the Vice President for both Morgan Stanley and Deutsche Bank. She earned her MBA degree from IIM, Ahmedabad and BA in Economics from Lady Shri Ram College For Women under Delhi University.

The Founder of Mahila Money, a neobank and fintech in India that works exclusively for micro women entrepreneurs in providing financial products to them. She is the definition of a feminist as she is working towards the betterment of women by also being the Founder and CEO of Sheroes, a social media platform for women that helps give counselling, opportunities, resources, and communication services. She is currently also serving as the Aspen Fellow (Braddock Scholar) at The Aspen Institute, and she is the Board Member of Paytm Payments Bank. She had been the Visiting Faculty at the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade.

The Founder and CEO of Kinara Capital, an Indian fintech company that gives collateral-free business loans to MSMEs. Hardika Shah is creating a significant impact by helping small businesses achieve their goals. And her dedication and passion have earned her the Financial Inclusion Award by the Sankalp Forum. She also won the People Choice Live Audience Award at the Wall Street Journal’s Financial Inclusion event. She did her MBA from Columbia Business School and UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business joint program. She has spent with Accenture as a management consultant for over twenty years.

The company offers support to new businesses especially involving women. She inspired and encouraged women across India, especially the rural section, by helping them financially to become independent through their businesses. She is also currently Advisors for both Bandhu Tech Inc. and Vectorly, respectively. She graduated with an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management, an MS in Economic Management Policy from the University of Strathclyde and a BA from IMT Ghaziabad.

She is the first entrepreneur in her family after her grandmother.
 
Sayali Karanjkar

She has also been the Co-Founder of Outsy. She has over ten years of experience with many firms, which has broadened her management expertise. She earned her MBA from Northwestern University – Kellogg School of Management and a degree in Computer Science from the National University of Singapore.
 
Kanchan Dwivedi

The Founder of LoanGini, a lending fintech startup that provides capital access to unserved and underserved people. She is always passionate about helping people, and that is seen through her various works in volunteering in many initiatives which focus on empowering women and girls. She is awarded the Women Super Achiever Award, World HRD Congress, 2019 for her professional achievement & being a thought leader. She worked for both Infosys and Tech Mahindra Business Process Services in the past and also served in the Indian Air Force.

The CBO of BillMart Fintech Private Limited, a lending firm dedicated to empowering MSMEs and Corporates assisted by their seamless technologies. She has about a broad spectrum of experience in Sales, marketing, and Strategies across different Indian financial markets segments. She has excellent leadership qualities and worked with leading companies like Reliance Nippon AMC, Thomson Reuters, AIG asset management, MCX, and SBI-Soc Gen Custodial Services. She is currently Ambassador India for Climate Action Women. She also served as an Independent Director for Responsive Industries Ltd.
